Except as hereinafter provided:
No building or land shall hereafter be used or occupied and no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, moved or structurally altered except in conformity with the regulations of this ordinance or amendments thereto, for the district in which it is located.

Section 6.02. Height and density.
No building shall hereafter be erected or altered so as to exceed the height limit, or to exceed the density regulations of this ordinance for the district in which it is located.

No lot, even though it may consist of one (1) or more adjacent lots of record, shall be reduced in size so that the lot width or depth, front, side or rear yards, lot area per family or other requirements of this ordinance are not maintained.

Section 6.04. Yard use limitations.
No part of a yard or other open space required about any building for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this ordinance shall be included as a part of a yard or other open space similarly required for another building.

Section 6.05. Only one principal building on any lot.
Only one (1) principal building and its customary accessory buildings may hereafter be erected on any lot, except as authorized in section 12.06, group development, nor shall any building be erected on any lot which does not abut at least twenty-five (25) feet on a publicly dedicated or maintained street.
