The Planning Division of the City of Salisbury is responsible for the management of special projects and planning efforts in an effort to enhance the urban environment of the community. The development of urban parks, preservation of historically significant buildings and the implementation of downtown redevelopment strategies are the focus of the Planning Division of Community Planning Services.
